Lone Star Region – USA Volleyball
Membership Registration Procedures
Registration with USA Volleyball (USAV) through the Lone Star Region is mandatory for all participants in Lone Star Region sanctioned events including practices. This applies to club directors, coaches, team representatives, chaperones, officials, and athletes. The Lone Star Region will utilize the USAV Member Management System with SportsEngine to handle registrations for all members.
Teams must first be part of a club. All clubs require sanctioning in the Lone Star Region. To sanction a new club, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Applicants for membership will not select a club during the registration process. This is different from previous seasons. A club will send an assignment request via email that applicants must accept. Only accept the request if you are sure you will be participating with that club for the season.
Adults associated with Junior Programs in USAV, including practices, are required to have a current membership, cleared background screening through USAV’s approved screener NCSI, and current certification in SafeSport. If coaching, adult additionally needs IMPACT certification.
Online application and execution of the Waiver of Release of Liability, Code of Conduct, Junior Club Personnel Code of Ethics, and Refund Policy must be submitted by the individual applicant. Parents are required to accept for Junior members. Third party applications are illegal for any applicant, whether Junior or Adult.
If help is needed, please read the INSTRUCTIONS first, then contact the Lone Star Region Registrar, Karen Tarmon through email LSRregistrar@gmail.com or by phone at 830.358-7714.
