WEATHER UPDATES: 

GUYS: WE ARE SORRY BUT THE TOURNAENT FOR TOMORROW HAS BEEN CANCELED:  We have a couple of conditions that we cannot overcome. The new weather forcast is 90%chance of rain tomorrow,  winds 15 to 25 now.  The Parks Dept also expect that during high tide tomorrow the water may come up to the pavilion. THE KICKER  The Galveston Parks Dept has been working on the courts and with all the wind/etc. they said the courts are not really ready for use yet..  

We will have out beach Opener in 3 weeks.  we will also re schedule another (March Regional Qualifier) at another date. 

AGAIN SORRY,  WE had the trailer packed up, everything loaded, printed, all the equipment ready.   There is nobody that wants to play more than us.

Everyone, if we cancel everyone will be issued a refund automatically via bracketpal.  The same thing if you cancel, Just e-mail us at gcva@juno.com and any cancelation done before 9PM the night of the tournament will be refunded.  If you just no show then there is NO refund.

REMEMBER:

• We are playing on a REAL BEACH on the Gulf of Mexico. We are subject at all times to mother nature (The GOOD and the BAD, normally more good than bad) The GCVA Recorder at 832-928-4120 is updated by 5AM - Tournament Day. Earlier if possible but at least by 6AM.
• Everyone must register and pay on BRACKETPAL to be accepted in the tournament.  No walkups are allowed.
• If we cancel the tournamnet all entry fees are automatically refunded via Bracketpal.
• You can cancel your registration anytime up until 9PM the night before the event to receive a refund.  NATIONAL QUALIFIER REFUND DATE MAY BE DIFFERENT (SET BY USAV)
