GCVA Beach National Team
2025/2026
This program is designed to help players that are focused on playing beach volleyball in college. The GCVA Beach National Team is a squad based program (collegiate duals) where players compete as a team against the best beach clubs in the nation.
GCVA Beach Current National Rankings (According to BVCA):
#1 Ranked Beach Volleyball Club in Houston
#1 Ranked Beach Volleyball Club in Texas
#2 Ranked Beach Volleyball Club in the Country
GCVA Beach National Teams will compete in the BVCA Club vs Club tournaments in Texas and across the country in the Spring and Summer.

Tryouts are for players 6th – 12th grade that have a strong desire to play beach volleyball competitively. If interested, register for tryouts here on this page. This is the intial tryout and players can tryout anytime throughout the season. If accepted on the National Team, a deposit will be required for all players that accept a spot on the GCVA Beach National Team.
The season starts in August and ends in late July with the BVCA Club Championships in California.
TRYOUTS
Tryout Dates: June 29th or July 20th – 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Players can tryout anytime in June by attending a practice. Email or text Travis (travis@gcva.net or 832-316-0323) for early evaluation & tryout if needed.

National Team (7th – 12th Grade Experienced Players) – 36 Roster Spots Available
Futures Team (6th – 8th Grade New to Beach Players) – 12 Roster Spots Available

Fees
National Team (7th – 12th Grade Experienced Players) – $3,500 ($500 deposit, $300 monthly payments)
Futures Team (6th – 8th Grade New to Beach Players) – $2,500 ($500 deposit, $200 monthly payments)

Included:
- Practices from September to July (National Team 3x per week, Futures 2x per week)
- Entry into BVCA Club vs Club Tournaments + BVCA Club vs Club Championships (National Team 5 events, Futures Team 3 events)

- ALL GCVA Tournaments are FREE including BRQs, BNQ and BVNE, AVP
- Uniform Package
- One on one help with recruiting, guidance throughout the whole process, including help with film, highlight videos and contacting college coaches.
