Why GCVA?
GCVA is the only complete volleyball association in the area, in the state or Gulf Coast offering Adult/Junior programs outdoors as well as indoors. Our Juniors Indoor program offers highly-skilled coaching along with competitive training with a focus on fundamental skills and team success. Almost all of our teams (or even all) have a head coach or assistant coach.
- Experienced coaches: All our coaches still play, they are not just here to pick up a pay check. They want to provide the best possible environment for your kids. Our coaches want to coach.
- Structured training to provide skills and technique. We are the only club, that I know of, that have paid assistant coaches on almost every team. So the girls get a lot of developmental and one on one training.
- The cost of dues includes; 2-3 practices per week, optional drills/open gym sessions, when gym time is available, at no additional charge.
- Ample opportunity for parent feedback with once a month parents meetings when possible.

- The kids are what is the most important part of GCVA, the coaches, training, club everything we do is for the kids
- We will dedicate every minute that your daughters are in our care, to improving them both as players, as teammates and as individuals.
- Our coaches, trainers, and staff will all work to provide your daughters with a POSITIVE support system in which to learn the skills necessary to play competitive volleyball
- We will keep our parents/guardians completely advised of the progress of their players and allow ample opportunity for parent feedback. We send out feed back forms at the end of the year and try to adjust our club around what you and the kids want. After all, this club is for the kids, not the coaches, parents, and staff.
